With an all out manhunt by Mexican police in full swing, David Caruso's fugitive stalker Heidemarie Schnitzer has had to severely reduce her hours on the Internet over the last several days. For months, Schnitzer has slept with one eye open fearing capture and now she is unable to feed her insatiable 24/7 Internet addiction. Withdrawal and lack of sleep have to be taking a toll on a fugitive charged with threatening to murder three people including CSI Miami's David Caruso.

Editors of every major Mexican newspaper have Schnitzer's photo and name. The Governor of Baja, California and mayors of every major Baja city have intel on this dangerous fugitive who has been diagnosed suffering from severe personality disorder. The fact that Heidemarie Schnitzer has the potential to turn deadly at a moment's notice weighs heavily on law enforcement.

Schnitzer is more than likely residing in a private home with individuals who are probably unaware they are harboring a dangerous criminal. As they did in 2007, the Mexicans will ultimately catch up with Schnitzer capturing her and deporting her to Judge Guenther Boehler's jurisdiction. Once in Austria, Schnitzer will not receive probation as she is now considered to be a flight risk. Finally, David Caruso and his family will be able to live normal lives that won't involve constantly looking over their shoulders.

Heidemarie Schnitzer remains a fugitive hiding out in Mexico's Baja region. Schnitzer is armed and considered to be extremely dangerous. Please do not attempt to apprehend this woman. Contact the U.S. Border Patrol at 1-800-232-5378 , the FBI at (310) 477-6565 or Austria's Bundeskriminalamt at +43-(0)1-531 26-0.

Several weeks ago, The Stalker Chronicles was asked to consolidate all of the many e-mail addresses for the Mayors and Governor of Baja, California and other officials whose aid could be enlisted in capturing Heidemarie Schnitzer. David Caruso - Update: Baja's Governor Jose Guadalupe Osuna Millan

Several weeks ago The Stalker Chronicles introduced Jose Guadalupe Osuna Millan, Governor of Baja, California. Heidemarie Schnitzer fled to Governor Millan's jurisdiction last spring after failing to appear in court to answer charges she stalked and threatened to murder three people, including CSI Miami's David Caruso. The e-mail address that we posted at that time for The Honorable Gobernador was incorrect.

We would like to thank the wonderful individual within the ranks of the Mexican government who kindly forwarded us Governor Millan's correct e-mail. For those with information that could lead to Heidemarie Schnitzer's capture and arrest, please e-mail it to Governor Osuna Millan at: gobernador@baja.gob.mx

There are growing concerns that Schnitzer may be employed as a live-in domestic and/or caregiver. She has a job that allows her access to the Internet 24/7 and is more than likely using her employer's ISP. Fears are mounting that Schnitzer's employer probably does not realize they hired a fugitive diagnosed with "severe personality disorder" capable of becoming dangerous at a moment's notice. Lives could be in danger if Schnitzer is not captured soon.

Heidemarie Schnitzer remains a fugitive hiding out in Mexico's Baja region. Schnitzer is armed and considered to be extremely dangerous. Please do not attempt to apprehend this woman. David Caruso - Mexicali Police Launch Manhunt For Caruso Stalker

Mexicali police remain on high alert today for Heidemarie Schnitzer, the fugitive Austrian charged with stalking and threatening to murder CSI Miami's David Caruso. Acting on tips that Schnitzer remains at large on Mexico's Baja avoiding execution of an international warrant, Mexicali authorities believe Schnitzer is in the area and her capture is all but imminent. Coordinating efforts with the surrounding Baja cities of Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada and Tecate, Mexicali police have now joined in the manhunt to bring Heidemarie Schnitzer to justice.

Aiding in this massive effort is The Honorable Rodolfo Valdez Gutierrez, Mayor of Mexicali. We would like to thank Mayor Gutierrez for providing the manpower necessary to track down Schnitzer and ultimately have her deported to Austria for trial on stalking and threatening to murder charges.

If anyone has pertinent information that could lead to Schnitzer's capture and arrest, please e-mail Mayor Gutierrez as follows: rvaldez@mexicali.gob.mx

David Caruso - Ensenada Police On Alert For Stalker

Ensenada is the third largest city in Mexico's Baja . The scenic setting, beautiful beaches, numerous boutiques and restaurants, vast accommodations and excellent fishing make Ensenada one of the leading resort and commercial centers on the Baja peninsula. Only minutes away from Tijuana and Rosarito, Ensenada may possibly be an area where Heidemarie Schnitzer has established residence attempting to blend in with the locals to avoid capture on an international warrant. Schnitzer is wanted for stalking and threatening to murder three people including CSI Miami's David Caruso. In April 2008 Schnitzer failed to appear in an Austrian court to answer charges and fled Austria for Mexico's Baja peninsula.

The Mayor of Ensenada, pictured above, is The Honorable Pablo Alejo Lopez and his Minister of Public Security is Cesar Satiesteban Gastelum. We are hoping that these two gentlemen may aid in Schnitzer's capture by alerting the Ensenada citizenry of Schnitzer's
presence in Mexico's Baja.

We have previously written The Honorable Mayor about our concerns and we have also included location information for Schnitzer. If you have additional information that could lead to the capture and arrest of this extremely dangerous fugitive please e-mail Mayor Lopez as follows: presidente@ensenada.gob.mx

Ensenada's Minster of Public Security can be e-mailed as follows: csantiesteban@ensenada.gob.mx
